When is my booking confirmed?
Once payment succeeds, you receive a booking reference by email. Front desk will contact you if the arrangements need to change.
Are taxes included in the prices shown?
Yes. Each reference price shows the base rate plus 2.5% tax. The booking form shows the total and amount due today before checkout.
How do water-sports payments work?
Pay a 50% deposit through The Club. Pay the balance to Pristine Bay WaterSports on the trip date. Review the supplier cancellation policy before checkout.
Can members book activities?
Yes. Select Club member on the form. Choose the applicable rate. Reception verifies eligibility. Fitness access included with an eligible membership is not a new paid guest pass.
What happens if I need to cancel?
For Club-operated paid activities, cancellation at least 24 hours before the activity receives a full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refundable. If The Club cancels, choose a refund or reschedule. Supplier-operated trips have separate terms confirmed before payment.
Where do I book classes, day passes and tee times?
Swimming, yoga and tennis class registration is managed separately through Luma; contact reception for the registration link. Day passes and tee times have their own booking pages.
